University Events Management

The Office of University Events Management is housed at the Alumni Center. This office plans and executes University-wide events promoting the University of Louisiana at Lafayette’s initiatives and goals.

University Events Management is responsible for working collaboratively with other University areas on the planning and production of events such as commencements, holiday celebrations, memorial services, social events, and other major events upholding our University’s standards. University Events Management also serves as a source on matters of University protocol, etiquette, and tradition.

What We Offer
• Consulting services for event planning needs.
• Design recommendations for event-related materials such as invitations and programs.
• Ensure implementation of event objectives are in compliance with University policies and procedures.
